Cancellation & payment

Prepayment: A valid credit card may be required to secure a reservation. The property may pre-authorise the card before arrival to verify its validity or check the availability of funds. Unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed in advance, full payment is due at check-in. Cancellation: Cancellation conditions depend on the selected booking rate and the terms attached to the reservation. Guests should review the applicable cancellation deadline and any penalties before confirming their booking. Cancellations made outside the permitted period may incur charges according to the booking conditions. No-show: Guests who fail to arrive and have not cancelled their reservation may be charged 100% of the total reservation amount. A 40% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance payable at least 7 days before arrival. Cancellation penalties varied according to the season and the number of days remaining before arrival.

Cots and extra beds may be available on request, subject to availability and the accommodation category selected. Great value for money with very good food and rest

Food is very good and simple. People can always ask for boxed lunch so they can eat in the bush during a game drive. There are plenty of dietary choices. The Wi-Fi is good but can get better. The communities and groups that sit around the fire would have been great but with no time I could not join them.
